1. Despite the efforts of preservation and packaging for "Saddle-Room", some products may exhibit color changes in their packaging, erasures and levels of wear, among others not mentioned. care or preservation, forgery, tampering or counterfeiting. In the case of complaints or return requests, the subject is subject to this condition, we inform that "Saddle-Room" does not exchange or return the product(s), except if the damage to the packaging is passed on to the product marketed.
2. The non-payment of the order within 3 (three) days following the date on which it was made implies its automatic cancellation. The customer may cancel an order immediately after payment and up to a maximum of 14 days (for non-customized products), indicating the order number, to the e-mail: geral@saddle-room.com. The cancellation is only considered accepted after receiving a confirmation e-mail from "Saddle-Room" and, in this case all values will be fully returned to the customer.
In the case of customized products, cancellations are not accepted, nor will any value be returned, taking into account the beginning of the production with the specificity of the products produced to measure and customized to the client's taste.
3. “Saddle-Room” recognizes all its customers the right to terminate contracts entered into with it, allowing them to return the products purchased within 14 days under the terms of Decree-Law No. 143/2001. and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05. To return the products, the customer must present the product purchase invoice. You must also ensure that the product is delivered in exactly the same conditions in which it was sold, without any damage, signs of use, or malfunctions.
To return products purchased through our website, the customer must send them to the address: “Saddle-Room” Store, Rua da Fábrica 58D, 2135-148 Porto Alto, Samora Correia.
Products subject to return may be sent via a carrier of your choice, and the customer is always responsible for bearing the cost of returning the product, namely shipping costs. You can also go to the store, physically, to return the products.
In the event of a product being returned, the amount refunded represents the full amount paid for the product. The customer is reimbursed via bank transfer, regardless of the payment method used when purchasing the product (Electronic card, MB Way, Paypal and Visa or Mastercard).
It is the company's right to withhold the refund amount until the products subject to return are in our possession (or until there is reliable proof of their shipment).
